He is leaving Chennai on 10th December. Ajith will start acting in a film to be directed by Gautham Menon from 15th February 2014. While acting in an action sequence in the film Arrambam, he sustained a severe leg injury. This incident occurred in Mumbai. Director Vishnuvardhan wanted a dupe to do this scene but Ajith did not agree for this. At that point of time, the doctors have advised him to undergo surgery but Ajith refused it. He had mentioned that he will undergo surgery after completing Arrambam and Veeram. Now he has postponed this operation once again. He has decided to undergo surgery after completing Gautham Menon's film.
