Veeram is a film which has Ajith, Tamannaah, Santhanam, Vidharth, Appukutty and others in the cast. This film which has been directed by Siva has the music of Devi Sriprasad. The film is being released on 10th January. The whole crew is very busy in the post-production works of Veeram. Producer Venkat Rama Reddy while speaking about Veeram said, " Ajith for the first time is wearing dhoti and shirt throughout the film. Veeram has village backdrop. As per the story of the film, Ajith has four brothers. He has also a sincere servant who is also like a brother to him. The story of the film happens in a village called Oddanchatram in Dindigul district. Ajith is a person who lives in this village and fights for the justice of others. Oddanchatram village was recreated in 100 acres of land at Rayagara in Odisha State. Ajith gave us good cooperation. There is a terrifying fighting sequence in the running train. We hired a train in Odisha. When the train was running over a bridge, Ajith had acted by hanging from the train in this fighting sequence. We told him that we can use a dupe but he refused. He boldly acted in this sequence. This sequence was shot using four cameras. A temple festival sequence was also shot in Odisha. 500 junior artists danced with Ajith and Tamannaah in the temple dance song. Two song sequences have been shot in Switzerland. While shooting for one of the song sequences there, Ajith was running a high temperature but without bothering about it he danced in the rain. He did this because he did not want the shooting to be affected. All the family members right from children to elderly people will like Ajith's acting in this film."
